    Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum is a scientific publication published every December – May and June – November. The published article is the result of selection with a double-blind review system. Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum accepts manuscripts in the form of empirical research results, doctrinal studies, conceptual ideas, and book reviews relevant to the Legal Studies Discipline. In addition, the Editor of Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum processes manuscripts that have never been published before.

    Substantive Justice International Journal of Law (SJIJL) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Published twice a year, in June and December, and E-ISSN 2599-0462. This journal provides direct open access to content by prioritizing principles for developing science in legal studies. The manuscript published in Substantive Justice International Journal of Law is going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific manuscript is accepted will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.
    Substantive Justice Journal of International Law is a distinctive scholarly legal periodical that uniquely focuses on multifaceted inquiries within the realms of justice, emphasizing both the Indonesian context and a global perspective. Substantive Justice Journal of International Law invites contributions from scholars and practitioners, promoting a collaborative exploration of justice-related topics to address contemporary challenges and advocate for equitable solutions on a global scale. Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author sends the manuscript to the editor and must follow the author's guidelines and templates. If the manuscript sent is not in accordance with the guidelines and everything specified in full in the writing template, the editorial team has the right to reject the manuscript. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements. All submission must be made through the SJIJL OJS system. 
     
  • Qawanin Jurnal Ilmu Hukum

    Qawanin Jurnal Ilmu Hukum merupakan publikasi ilmiah yang terbit setiap bulan Maret – Agustus dan September – Februari. Qawanin Jurnal Ilmu Hukum mendata artikel ilmiah skripsi/thesis Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia guna memenuhi persyaratan penyelesaian studi. Penerbitan artikel tetap melalui proses pengulasan, baik dalam proses pembimbingan maupun secara daring melalui OJS, sehingga penerbitan artikel pada jurnal ini hanya bersifat administratif daring, dan tidak menerbitkan Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Untuk mencabut artikel (untuk dipublikasikan ke Jurnal lain) silahkan menghubungi Bagian Pengelolaan Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia.

  • AL-TAFANI Jurnal Pengabdian

    AL-TAFANI Jurnal Pengabdian merupakan jurnal yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Fokus menerbitkan artikel kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat bidang hukum, sosial, dedikasi dalam pengembangan  sumberdaya manusia, peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, memberikan pelayanan dan teknologi tepat guna dibidang sosial. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala pada bulan Januari dan Juli setiap tahunnya secara tepat waktu. Artikel yang telah publish dapat didownload secara gratis, dibaca dan didesiminasikan serta sebagai rujukan ilmiah. Manuskrip disetor secara dalam jaringan penuh pada situs ini atau melalui surat eletronik (e-mail). Sebelum memasukkan tulisan, penulis (author) diharapkan untuk melakukan pendaftaran akun (register) terlebih dahulu dan memastikan manuskrip telah sesuai gaya selingkung (download template) penulisan jurnal ini. Kini, bersama-sama kita hadir dengan dedikasi tinggi dan penuh cinta dalam membangun masyarakat, dengan pemanfaatan lembaga publikasi Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini.

  • HORIZON PUBLIC LEGAL STUDIES

    HORIZON PUBLIC LEGAL STUDIES (Hegels), is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia Makassar. This journal is published twice a year (October and April). Hegels is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a national and international academic forum for cross-border legal research in the field of public law, international public law issues, and human rights law in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and the global context, especially in developing countries, with the obligation to use Islamic law as a paradigm contained in the article as analysis material. Hegels publishes peer-reviewed journals while still increasing the efficiency of the process without eliminating the objective legal substance in the article. This journal welcomes contributions from law students and practitioners who have specializations in the field of law with a public law discipline with a touch of Islamic perspective. This journal is very open to new issues and is a priority in publication.

  • UKHUWAH EVOLVE ISLAMIC LEGAL STUDIES

    UKHUWAH Evolve Islamic Legal Studies, is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia Makassar. This journal is published twice a year in April and October. UKHUWAH is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a national and international academic forum for cross-border legal research in the field of Islamic private law, and Islamic public law, family law, Islamic inheritance law, muamalah law, Islamic banking law, and Islamic dispute resolution law. UKHUWAH publishes peer-reviewed journals while still increasing process efficiency without eliminating the objective legal substance in the articles. This journal also accepts contributions from law students and practitioners who specialize in law with civil law disciplines of course with a touch of Islamic perspective. This journal is very open to new issues and is a priority in its publication. Authors submit manuscripts to the Editor and must follow the Author's guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not follow the guidelines and does not comply with the specified writing format, the Editorial Team has the right to reject the manuscript. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified format. All manuscripts must be submitted via OJS.

  • ADVANCED PRIVATE LEGAL INSIGHTS

    ADVANCES PRIVATE LEGAL INSIGHTS (APRIL), is an international journal established by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. It has 2 issues per year (October and April). APRIL is an open access, double peer-reviewed e-journal which aims to offer a Private Legal scientific platform for cross-border legal research. These may include but are not limited to various fields in Justice in the context of Business, in Southeast Asia, and the Global context. The materials published include major academic papers dealing critically with various aspects and fields of law as well as shorter papers such as recently published book reviews and notes on recent issues of law.

  • COMPENDIUM OF JUDGE MADE LAW

    Compendium of Judge Made Law is a scientific journal that focuses on comparative and conceptual studies of legal decisions made by judges (judge-made law). This journal is present as an academic space to critically analyze how jurisprudence develops, is applied, and is compared across jurisdictions, both in terms of legal arguments, principles, and the construction of judges' thoughts through legal research methods using a case approach or case study. Published twice a year, this journal is a forum for academics, researchers, and legal practitioners who want to explore the depth of judicial thought and strengthen progressive legal discourse through an analytical approach to court decisions. This spirit encourages the development of dynamic and reflective law, Compendium of Judge-Made Law invites contributions of scientific articles that prioritize originality, relevance, and depth in analyzing legal practices and theories that live through judges' decisions.

  • Election Law Review

    Election Law Review is a scientific publication published every January – June and July – December. The published article is the result of selection with a double-blind review system. Election Law Review accepts manuscripts in the form of empirical research results, doctrinal studies, conceptual ideas, and book reviews relevant to Electoral Law. In addition, the Editor of Election Law Review processes manuscripts that have never been published before.
