Temporary Suspension of Register and Submission Services

The Journal Management Board hereby announces that a comprehensive transition in the journal's management and governance structure is currently underway. As part of this institutional restructuring process, the new management team is conducting a thorough review of existing policies, operational procedures, editorial workflows, and administrative practices, while developing a new governance framework that reflects the highest standards of academic publishing.

This process includes the evaluation, consolidation, and refinement of previous management practices to ensure that all editorial and publication activities are fully aligned with the principles of academic integrity, accountability, transparency, ethical publishing, and good governance. The objective is to establish a more robust and sustainable institutional foundation that safeguards the interests of all stakeholders involved in the journal.

Accordingly, the Journal is temporarily suspending new account registrations and manuscript submissions until further notice. This measure is necessary to facilitate the implementation of new policies, the validation of administrative and editorial systems, and the harmonization of governance mechanisms under the new management structure.

The current transition should not be viewed merely as an administrative adjustment. Rather, it represents a deliberate institutional commitment to strengthening the credibility, reliability, and accountability of the Journal. During this period, existing processes, records, and operational mechanisms may be reviewed and, where necessary, adjusted to ensure compliance with established standards of scholarly publishing and publication ethics.
