Focus and Scope
The Compendium of Judge-Made Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on comparative and conceptual studies of judicial decisions (judge-made law). The journal provides an academic platform for the critical analysis of how jurisprudence evolves, is applied, and is compared across various jurisdictions. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Comparative analysis of court decisions across different jurisdictions; Legal reasoning and judicial interpretation; The development of legal principles through jurisprudence; Case-based legal research (case approaches and case studies); Progressive legal theories based on judicial practices.
