Review Process
The Editorial Board will read the manuscript submitted by the Author. If the evaluation results do not follow the writing guidelines and plagiarism policy, the Editor will return the manuscript to the Author for revision. If the manuscript complies with the writing guidelines and plagiarism policy, it will proceed to the manuscript review stage. Based on the Reviewer's recommendations, the Editor will then decide on several possibilities:
- Manuscript submission accepted;
- Requires improvement and goes directly to the next stage; or
- Improvements are needed for further review.
The Editor-in-Chief has the authority to decide when articles will be published in HORIZON PUBLIC LEGAL STUDIES (Hegels)
Stages of Manuscript Feasibility Assessment
- The author submits the manuscript;
- Editor's Evaluation [some manuscripts are returned for revision before proceeding to the review process];
- Review process;
- Editor's Decision; and
- Confirmation to the Author.
