Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed first by the editor. Manuscripts will be evaluated in the editorial office to determine whether they align with Legal Dialogica's focus and scope, whether they have significant methodological weaknesses, and whether they are similar using Turnitin, as well as the minimum number and age of references we require, and whether they are template-appropriate.

Manuscripts will be sent to at least two anonymous reviewers (double-blind review). Comments from the reviewers will then be forwarded to the corresponding author by the editor for any necessary action and response.

Proposed decisions will be evaluated at an editorial board meeting. The editor will then send the final decision to the corresponding author.
