Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Makassar Mengenai COVID-19

Abstract

An epidemic is a disease that begins to spread and infect the population in greater numbers than usual in an area or region. at the beginning of 2020, the Indonesian people were shocked by the emergence of a virus outbreak called Corona Virus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 which is caused by a coronavirus which is a group of viruses that infect the respiratory system. That is why those WHO claim that covid-19 are categorized as a pandemic. This article discusses about government policies related to Covid-19 regulations as well as policies issued by the central, regional and provincial governments.the research method of this article uses a type of normative research, the results of this study describe local and provincial government policies. which aims to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. implementation of local government regulations governments. create some awareness about the importance of wearing masks, one of which is in the contents of the health protocol rules. The existence of a policy issued by a regulation has not become an antidote for the Covid-19 virus, but this policy only prevents the spawning of Covid-19.

Wabah merupakan suatu penyakit yang mulai menyebar dan menulari penduduk dengan jumlah yang lebih banyak daripada biasanya di suatu area atau daerah wilayah, Pada awal permulaan di tahun 2020 ,masyarakat Indonesia digemparkan dengan munculnya suatu wabah virus yang disebut
dengan Corona Virus Disease 2019 atau Covid-19 yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus yang merupakan kelompok virus yang menginfeksi sistem pernafasan, mengklaim bahwa Covid-19 dikategorikan sebagai pandemic, dikarenakan penyebaranya terjadi secara luas diseluruh dunia dan telah terhitung pada akhir tahun 2019. Artikel ini membahas tentang kebijakan pemerintah daerah kota yang dituju terkait regulasi Covid-19 serta kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat, daerah dan provinsi. metode penelitian pada artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif, hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan daerah dan provinsi. peraturan Pemerintah. yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19. pelaksanaan peraturan pemerintah daerah. menyadarkan akan pentingnya pemakaian masker yang salah satunya terdapat pada isi aturan protokol kesehatan. Adanya kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh regulasi memang belum menjadi penangkal virus Covid-19, namun kebijakan ini hanya mencegah pemijahan Covid-19.
