TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGIS TERHADAP DELIK PEMBUNUHAN YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH ANAK (STUDI POLRES GOWA)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors causing the occurrence of the crime of murder committed by children in Gowa Regency, and efforts to overcome by the Gowa Regency Police against murders committed by children, this study uses empirical research methods. the research location is in the Gowa Police Station, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data, the source of the data is obtained through library studies and information obtained through interviews with several investigators at the Gowa Police. The results showed that the factors causing the crime of murder committed by children in Gowa Regency were internal and external factors, internal factors covering, unstable emotions, misunderstandings, revenge, child psychology or child psychology, weak faith, the need for confession. while external factors include neglected children, the surrounding environment, the economy, alcoholic beverages, and group wars. As for the countermeasures by the Gowa district police against murders committed by children, including pre-emptive efforts, preventive efforts, and repressive efforts. It is hoped that the role of parents in taking care of their children is further enhanced, because children are taught at an early age, therefore the role of parents must be more active in educating and taking care of children to avoid bad influences, especially crime.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Kabupaten Gowa, dan Upaya penanggulangan oleh kepolisian daerah Kabupaten Gowa terhadap pembunuhan yang di lakukan oleh anak.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris. Lokasi penelitiannya bertempat di Polres Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan yang di lakukan oleh anak di Kabupaten Gowa yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, Faktor internal meliputi Emosi yang belum stabil, kesalahpahaman, dendam, Psikologi anak atau kejiwaan anak, faktor lemahnya iman, faktor butuhnya pengakuan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi Anak yang terlantar, lingkungan sekitar, faktor ekonomi, faktor minuman beralkohol, perang kelompok.   adapun upaya penanggulangan oleh kepolisian daerah Kabupaten Gowa terhadap pembunuhan yang di lakukan oleh anak, meliputi upaya Pre-emtif, upaya Preventif, upaya Refresif. Diharapkan agar peran orang tua dalam menjaga anaknya lebih ditingkatkan lagi, sebab anak-anak diajarkan seusia dini oleh sebab itu peran orang tua harus lebih aktif lagi dalam mendidik dan menjaga anak agar terhidar dari pengaruh buruk utamanya ialah kejahatan
