Efektivitas Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencurian Dengan Kekerasan (Studi Di Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the investigation of violent theft at the Makassar Port Police, and to determine and analyze the factors that influence the investigation of violent theft at the Makassar Port Resort Police. The research method used in the writing of this thesis is an empirical method, with secondary and primary data coverage, the research was carried out at the location, namely the Makassar Port Police. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the investigation of the crime of theft with violence at the Makassar Port Police has not effective, this can be seen from the presence of inhibiting factors such as the absence of witnesses and the lack of evidence found at the scene of the crime (TKP). Research recommendations All forms of obstacles experienced by law enforcement officials in this case the police. In cases of violent theft, conducting joint preventive patrols, CCTV is also added in areas prone to violent theft in the Makassar Port Police.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar, dan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode empiris, dengan cakupan data skunder dan primer, penelitian dilakukan di  lokasi, yaitu di Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Terkait dengan Efektifitas Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencurian Dengan Kekerasan di Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar belum berjalan efektif, hal ini dapat di lihat dari adanya faktor penghambat seperti tidak adanya saksi – saksi dan kurangnya barang bukti yang di temui di Tempat Kejadian Perkara ( TKP ).Rekomendasi penelitian Segala bentuk kendala yang dialami oleh aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini pihak kepolisian Untuk pada kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan  melakukan patroli gabungan yang bersifat preventive ( pencegahan ), di tambahkan pula  CCTV di daerah rawan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di wilayah Kepolisian Resor pelabuhan makassar.
